Introduction This document is designed to help Salesforce Administrators and IT Departments understand ZynBit for Outlook email client options and feature availability. Outlook is three different platforms, each with its own set of API’s; Outlook Desktop (for Windows), Outlook Web Access (aka Outlook.com) and Outlook for Mac. Further, Outlook Desktop for Windows and Outlook for Mac are desktop applications and have their own version upgrades. ZynBit Supports: Outlook Desktop for Windows: Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016.
