Check the location where your browser automatically saves downloaded files: • Internet Explorer (Windows): C.[user name] My Documents Downloads, or C.[user name] Downloads • Firefox: Choose Firefox > Preferences (Mac OS) or Tools > Options (Windows). In the General tab, look in the Downloads area. The download location is in the Save Files To setting. • Safari (Mac OS): Choose Safari >Usa today app for mac. Preferences. In the General tab, the download location is in the Save Downloaded Files To setting. • Google Chrome: Choose Settings > Advanced.

If you can’t download certain apps from the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch because the download button/link is grayed out or dim, follow these steps to fix. To install paid apps from the App Store, you need to tap the price then tap Buy. Never been to Sri Lanka so I cant tell, but if you use a US Microsoft account you should be redirected to US store. Only other suggestion I can give you is to install the latest updates (press Windows + C to see the charms bar, click Settings, click Windows Update, and then click Install), and/or temporarily disable Anti-Virus software.

Click the Show in folder link under the downloaded file.

I can't seem to download or update any apps purchased in the Mac App Store. So far I've tried most of the usual troubleshooting tips found by googling the issue (deleting caches & preferences, signing out & back in, rebooting). Nothing's helped at this point. I've deleted the app from the Applications folder to try to re-install it but when I click Install, the wheel on the top left just spins for a few seconds then nothing happens & the install button reappears. I don't have any problems on a different Mac.
